So how often should you go swimming to make real progress? I don’t recommend going every day. In every sport, it’s helpful to take a few days off so the new information can “settle” and your next training session goes more smoothly. On the other hand, once a week starts to be too little—our brain tends to forget everything. It often happens that after a week off, I’m starting from scratch with a client. What worked best for me is when the client trained once a week with me and once on their own—so training twice a week is the most effective if you want to learn to swim as quickly as possible. That means in 5 to 10 weeks, you’ll know how to swim crawl. Not a bad thought, right?
It’s ready for each level and comes with illustrations to print.
I recommend printing it in color (images may be lost in black & white), placing it in a clear folder or plastic sleeve – and taking it straight to the pool.
