Now let’s take a look at a few of the most essential sculling drills.
The goal of these videos is not to cover every single sculling exercise out there — others have already done that, and you’ll find tons of examples on YouTube.
Below, I’m sharing a few links you can explore for extra inspiration.

  • Push-off from the forehead with both hands (on your stomach)
  • Figure eights on your stomach, arms above your head – moving backward
  • Figure eights on your stomach, arms above your head – moving forward
  • Figure eights on your stomach, hands under your chest – moving forward
  • Figure eights on your stomach, hands below your hips – moving forward
