What do you think, how should we properly inhale? Through the nose or mouth? And what about exhaling underwater? Through the nose or mouth?
Inhalation is always through the mouth. Only and exclusively through the mouth. And exhalation is through both the nose and mouth simultaneously. It might seem impossible, but it’s not. When exhaling, you need to forcefully push from your lungs, and it doesn’t really matter which way you release the air, but you must release everything. And usually the nose alone isn’t enough, that’s why you exhale through both the nose and mouth at the same time.
Inhalation is quick and of large volume. Then we hold our breath for a moment, followed by a strong exhalation where we must actively push on the exhalation muscles and breathe out through both nose and mouth simultaneously.
Let’s try it together now 10 times in the rhythm of the front crawl.

It’s ready for each level with printable images.
I recommend choosing color printing (the image gets lost in black and white), placing it in a clear folder and taking it directly to the pool.
